A Momma's Love

Today I spent the afternoon with my sister!  Wish I could say it was for a happier occasion.  However she decided she could not live with her gall bladder any more! Yep, she had surgery today!  Now I learned a big lesson...or was reminded of one...NEVER leave the house for the afternoon without my yarn and needles!  I had to suffer and watch another lady in the waiting room knit socks!  Lesson learned!

This morning I made these while kiddos colored.  I love being able to do something creative for a useful cause! These will be donated to church for our parent bags we send down to the UIHC for families!

It was beautiful so we got outside! Here are some pictures!
